Emotions ran high after a man rushed to a television station, alleging he had caught his wife with another man in their matrimonial home.

Seth Opoku is seeking the removal of his wife, Aisha Opoku, from his three-bedroom house following tensions in their marriage.

According to Seth, he married Aisha in Pusiga and later brought her to Kumasi for them to live together.

He said she had been ill for more than five years before eventually recovering.

“All is not well. Someone has slept with my wife and I am going crazy. I met a lady in Kumasi who was from Bawku, so I went to her hometown in Pusiga to marry her,” he said.

He claimed that he discovered the alleged infidelity while travelling between Kumasi and Accra.

“I was travelling from Accra to Kumasi and when I arrived, I found my wife having sex with another man in my house,” he claimed.

Following the incident, Seth appeared on Lawson TV’s Afisem programme, which focuses on resolving domestic disputes, to lodge his complaint.

He further alleged that he had previously caught his wife with other men on their matrimonial bed, despite the marriage not being formally dissolved.

He said he is now seeking an official end to the marriage for his peace of mind.

However, Aisha rejected his claims and stated that she is no longer interested in the marriage.

She argued that Seth has no grounds to complain about her actions, insisting the relationship has effectively broken down.

She also maintained that they jointly contributed to building the house and therefore both have equal claim to the property.

The confrontation escalated during the live broadcast, with tensions boiling over after Seth repeated his allegations.

Aisha reportedly became enraged and physically attacked him during the programme.
