Has the constitution says OSP should seek request to prosecute? Do what the law says. You don't want parallel implementation of the provisions in the constitution. Do your work and leave out OSP. COrrupt AG. What a nation.
The constitution doesn't mention osp at all. It mentions only AG as prosecutor. The osp law says it shd ask for authority from AG to prosecute. Osp shd just come down from its high horses and false assumptions of complete ind ...

OSP should formally request for authorization from the AG and if granted, can continue with the cases. If he does not allow his BLOATED EGO to get in the way, this is simple.
