Which company would invest heavily in a tomato processing factory in country that cannot grow much tomatoes for domestic consumption?

An Italian company opened a plant around Techiman years ago and shut down after a few months due to inadequate supply of fresh tomatoes for
processing. They lost big on their investments.

Let us put our house in order before pursuing such investors!

You see what is going on in Burkina? President Troure didn't go to any European country to beg for investment in tomato processing. He has his visionary ideas, implemented it, and now see what is happening in Burkina. They are processing and importing tomato paste and sauce. Why can't we use our brains instead of always relying on the white man? What kind of people are we? All what we care about is stealing, looting and sharing with no tangible ideas to improve the development of the country.
