TO BE A MEMBER OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL, YOU MUST FIRST HAVE SAFE, DUAL CARRIAGE WORLD CLASS ROADS FOR ALL HIGHWAYS IN GHANA AND ALL OTHER AFRICAN STATES. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE WORLD CLASS INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS TRAVERSING ACROSS ALL AFRICAN STATES.

ALSO, TO BE QUALIFIED FOR SECURITY COUNSIL MEMBERSHIP, THE AFRICAN UNION MUST BE A STRONG AND SOLIDLY INDEPENDENT BODY THAT IS SPONSORED ONLY BY AFRICAN NATIONS AND NOT BY CHINA, THE EUROPEAN UNION, THE UNITED STATES, RUSSIA OR ANY OTHER FOREIGN NATION.

AGAIN, TO BE A MEMBER OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL, AFRCAN STATES MUST BE SOLIDLY UNITED WITH ONE SOLID STANDING ARMY DRAWN FROM ALL MEMBER STATES WITH CENTRAL COMMAND, REFIONAL COMMANDS AND NATIONAL COMMANDS WORKING TOGETHER TO PROTECT AFRICAN INTERESTS, PLUS A STRONG NATIONAL GUARD (NATIONAL ARMIES) FOR EACH AND EVERY COUNTRY.

FINALLY, TO BE A MEMBER OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL, AFRICA MUST PURSUE AND OBTAIN NUCLEAR POWER DETERRENT TOO!

WHEN AFRICA HAVE ACHIEVED ALL THESE AND MORE, THE DEMAND FOR AFRICA TO BE A MEMBER OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL WILL NEVER BE IGNORED.

Corruption is normalized and has eaten us up totally.
In the face of all these issues, among others, our VP is more concerned about our representation at UN Security Council?
