Chairman earlier said through his spokesman Koka that he is ready to file his defence witnesses and they are ready to. Chairman Lawyer Andy Kube too is now playing strategic decision play of repeated stay of execution fillings by filling several appeals at the Court of Appeal. If you believe your client is innocent, why don’t you file your witness or mount defence yourself.

  You can use your strategic decision not to file your defence and so the Judge can also decide to go ahead with the case till court of appeal says otherwise. Andy, you have your strategy of filing multiple appeals and the Judge too has decision to continue and May 05th will be the 3rd time , the Judge has asked you to file for your defence if you have any. This is so fair

  So Mr Appiah-Kubi knows about fairness of government representatives in the judicial system? Hei! In their quest to jail Hon Atto Forson, Godfred Dame, the then Attorney-General, tried to suborn a witness, ie Jakpa, to testify against Atto Forson. What did Andy Appiah-Kubi, then a parliamentarian, say about that? He was hiding behind the back-cloth. Today, what is he accusing the AG for? As a lawyer, Andy Appiah-Kubi knew he must present his witnesses as instructed by the court. To buy time, he decided not to comply and when the AG urged the court to proceed, he is suddenly all over the place crying foul. What kind of nation wrecker is this?
