  We are getting to the 10th year of the implementation of this policy and I think there shd be a review. Boarding housing is a major issue which shd be looked at again. Again A Class SHS shd be taken off, Free SHS students shd only be admitted into those schools as Day Students. I know NDC will struggle to implement these ideas bcoz of the way they critiqued the policy, but President Mahama shd be bold and try it. He won the last elections massively andnI don't see why he shd entertain fear.
