If Dr. Guan Bay is not a figment of corruption and untruth, which God was it that revealed to him that the second year of Prez Mahama would be fraught with difficulties? No sensible leader would use $10billion to artificially prop-up the cedi then pat itself in the back that it is performing well. Why did Mahama sell 18.5 tones of our gold reserves and who did he sell it to? The funny thing is as president from 2012-16, he did not add even an ounce of gold to the national reserve but was quick to sell what someone had accumulated which makes Mahama a fool beyond reason.
