Dr Nana Guan Bay, Chief Executive Officer of the Buan Bay Herbal and Spiritual Centre, has warned that if President John Dramani Mahama does not reshuffle his government by June 2026, he will be embarrassed by the actions of some of his appointees.

Speaking in an interview on Nhyira FM monitored by GhanaWeb on May 3, 2026, the seer said he foresaw the trajectory of the government before the December 7 general elections.

According to him, he earlier prophesied that President Mahama's first year in government would be smooth; however, in his second year, he would experience some challenges.

Dr Guan Bay singled out key sectors, including the Ministry of Communications, where Samuel Nartey George currently serves, as areas that could face pressure if changes are not made.

“After the December 7 general elections, I prophesied that Mahama's first year things will work very fine; however, in his second year, he will encounter the same challenges.

“I even mentioned some ministries, including the Ministry of Communications, at that time he had appointed Sam George as the substantive minister, so he should consider a reshuffle from June, otherwise some of his appointees will put the government in a bad light," he remarked.

Dr Guan Bay expressed absolute confidence in his predictions.

“My predictions are always true. I am certain they will come to pass. That is why I do not use the word if,” he declared.
