Forget about the money methods and whatever is going on for Atta Akyea to have his fun . The prosecutor has proven 3 cheques were written and paid into private accounts of Adu Boahene. Adu Boahene say equipment is allegedly purchased with store manager issuing receipt of equipment purchased. Now show us where that equipment is physically, simple. If you show it physically, case die simple . There was no equipment purchased but lots of fake mimicking receipts and records as if . This loan this , borrowed that , and all the going on, just physically show where the security equipment purchased physically is .

From the drift of your post, I have a feeling that, that is not quite what you intended to put across. Perhaps what you had wanted to say is that, THE LAW ONLY WORKS AGAINST THE INTEREST OF ORDINARY CITIZENS AND HUGELY IN FAVOUR OF THE THIEVING NEOCOLONIAL CLASS.

Despite the many millions and billions of dollars that is largely created by the sweat of the ordinary people but which is stolen and squandered by the neocolonial class, a visit to any of our prisons will testify an overwhelming number of ordinary people and a total absence of members of the neocolonial gang of create, loot and share thieves.

As you rightly pointed out, generally, it takes a maximum of a few days to jail a fowl or mobile phone or any petty thief. However it takes forever to nail the millionaire thieves - and in most cases, they are never caged for their crimes. What kind of law is this that is practiced in this country?

They offer very cheap shipping rates to suppliers in China and even free delivery to port. Then when things get to Ghana they frustrate the customer with stuff like your goods are not on Master List or your own BoL is incomplete so need amendment.

They collude with corrupt port officials to dupe and delay you until goods enter demurage period. Then the charge not only high storage cost but astronomical conatainer fees, handling charges etc

Ask anyone who has ever used them or check their reviews on say Google and make your own decision. Just dont allow yourself to be duped
