Poor slow Judge, only in Ghana , defence Lawyer and accused person determined the pace of a trail . Judge , you gave Wontumi to file his defence since April and as at yesterday he filed only 2 persons out of supposed 5. Is he going to file one per week or two per week? . There should be time limit of these ORAL cases. I have heard after filling his witness then he will ask postponement on sickness notes for some of those witnesses. What a weak Judge and the slowest AG in the history of Ghana .

Slow Judge, you know very well what Lawyer Andy Kube is doing but you are allowing him to. Judge asked Wontumi to file for his defence witness if he has in April. He has delayed, first appealing your order then going to Appeals court and now filling 2 witnesses per week. Who knows how many witnesses he is calling as he can change the number anytime. Why as a Judge you are still giving Wontumi up to 14th May to file next 2 witnesses. What a silly Judge , open your eyes, we all can see it coming.
