Everything about 'thou shall not committ adultery and virginity thing is to make sure that paternity fraud does not occur.

And what happens to the many women who give birth through traditional birth attendants and midwives? Hospitals, clinics, and health posts do not have basis primary care interventions and here we are talking of mandatory paternity tests. What an idiotic idea from Parliament? Meanwhile there a deliberate attempt to scuttle thr bill against same sex.
