The youth want to know, Dr Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah, constructed the Tema Motorway with a vision, so a path was provided for Cattles then so they don't cross over the Motorway, I know during PNDC era, there is know way even your goat or sheep will go out without you going to pay a fee before you get it back, and Cattles are not even supposed to get close to someone's farm, because doesn't come town, even in urban areas, but now in the haert the city there are Cattles everywhere, and everyone is seeing it, those are supposed to enforce the law are also seeing, we all know that people are rearing animals around some stretch along accra railway, and i believe strongly that there are people mandated to be inspecting this things, so it's time that those people are hold accountable, will make government officials to stake to their duties now, God bless MOTHER GHANA
