Unfortunately, there are even more tyrants on the soil of the US than anywhere else. We do not need these threats. You may educate your citizens on cyber crime, romance scam, etc in order to reduce the incidence. Is it not shameful and immoral that elderly Americans are chasing 'small small boys' in Ghana?
