Baba Rahman is better than both of these guys in both defending and attacking so Baba was always ahead of them. The only problem with Baba is his recovery. The other thing was his decision to retire but he’s better. Coming back to Mensah and Kohn, the battle was between these two but Kohn did not prove enough. Gideon is a weak player . Weak in both defending and attacking so like you said he should have dropped . He also physicall weak . He gets muscled off the ball so easily. I would personally would drop Gideon Mensah because overall he’s not good enough. The reason he was dropped us up the coach and FA.
. If I would give a reason he wasn’t dropped I would say maybe it’s because Kohn didn’t prove that he’s significantly better
