This piece goes closest to the truth about who organised the murder of the Abamba Queen Mother. She and her townsmen had been dragged to the circuit court in Techiman about two years ago for protecting their own land when intruders from a company called Akate Farms invaded the area that the Amanten Manhene had authorized them to work on the land belonging to Abamba. The townsmen were refused to allow the Akate Farms staff to work on the land because that farming on that land was their only source of livelihood. They were beaten up by soldiers and transported to Techiman Regional Police and remanded in custody- Remember the Amanten Manhene is a serving officer of the Ghana Army stationed at Kumasi 4 BN. They were granted bail after one week and have since been attending court proceedings at Techiman, with the charge of being "Land Guards" with the Amanten Manhene as the complainant. It was a day after the Abamba Hemaa attended the proceedings at Techiman that she was shot five times at he own residence at about 11 p.m. The Akokoa Hene who is now been accused of contracting the killers is the first cousin of the late Abamba Hemaa, and they do not have any land or chieftaincy misunderstanding against each other. Both the late queen mother and the now accused Akokoa Hene have a serious court cases with the Amanten Manhene who is sitting his somewhere unaccused in freedom. A vast majority of the people of Amanten, Abamba and Akokoa have their own conclusions as to the real culprit who communicated with Sule Yangari who's in prison, on the military style assassination of the Abamba Hemaa. The truth can never be hidden forever.
