90% of the project was completed in 2016 & in 2021, 4 years under NPP 90% was still completed. Meaning nothing was done by NPP in 5 years. Now the NPP MP's want 10% to be completed by NDC within one and half years of NDC in power. They forced to enter and inspect the facility without seeking permission or authorisation from the soldiers in charge of guiding the facility or from the appropriate outfit. Do they remember what happened to Saglemi building during their time? Due to proper due process not being followed, building materials were stolen. Do they want the same things that happened under their watch to happen at the uncompleted Afari Military hospital? A control room at Akosombo, VRA got burnt. As a nation don't we have to take precautions to prevent easy access to uncompleted government facilities to protect items from being stolen or from being burnt down? MPs' are seen as role models and must set proper examples to be followed by the public. What will the MPs have done or said if the soldiers had beaten them or applied minimal force for their refusal to obey law and order to properly have access to the facility. Will the MPs subscribe to the public or anybody entering Parliament without going through the right process?. The MPs should do what is right and not what is easy.
