There should not be free SHS totally for all Ghanaian students. Parents should be made to pay 2/3 of the education of their children. Even Uncle Sam with all her riches and wealth doesn’t give wholesale free education to students. Schools are Day. Those who attend Boarding and Lodging pay for their Children’s Education. And many Parents and Guardians pay for the Lunch of their Children. Why should the Government pay for everything for students. ALL PARENTS AND GUARDIANS, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHERE THEY LIVE OR COME FROM SHOULD BE MADE TO PAY FOR THE BOARDING AND LODGING OF THEIR CHILDREN. Don’t the children get fed during vacations and holidays? There should be no exceptions. Parents and Guardians should be made to pay something. Ghanaians don’t appreciate things that are free and don’t see their values. Both Parents from the North and South must be made to pay part of the Education of their children. There should be NOTHING LIKE FREE LUNCH TO ANY STUDENT IN ANY PART OF THE COUNTRY.
