There are untruth in most of his statement. Atmost every escorting officer is assigned four prisoners for outside labour or mobilisation not eight as claimed. Internal transfers of inmates are done in accordance with strict laid down procedures in the ghana prisons service. some prisons facilities does not received directly convicted prisoners from the court because of its build up, internal transfers are done to supply inmates to prisons which does not receive inmates directly from court. "Jail man ye aboa boni" to wit jail man is a bad animal.
