Only a citizen of the US is not released for another country to face justice but as it stands ,the former finance minister is now a permanent residency holder and that does not excuse him from facing justice in Ghana if the Ghanaian authorities are serious of bringing him to Ghana.

He was the officer in-charge of our finances and we want him to come and clarify certain decisions and contracts that were implemented during his almost 8 years of stewardship. This is a clear indication that Ken Ofori Atta has stolen Ghana’s money and deliberately run away. This man bought a lot of State properties in Ridge areas under name of Databank. How can this greedy bastard behave in this manner. The current government must be serious a bit; Ken has accomplices, the people who worked with in at the Ministry of Finance, they also stole from the State. The Government should deal with them as well.
