If JDM wants a council of state that will affirm whatever he decides it will do the country economic good to scrap it and save money. When a person is entrenched on doing something, an advice to do or not do it becomes inconsequential. What conflicting advice to you expect from the CoS on a matter that is part of campaign promise?
