Gifty case is not about how when and why her company was formed. PW2 evidence of how she was using national service personnel data as her client and deducting money from that data for 11 months totalling 21 million cedis . There were no challenges from defence lawyer Marfo and that was killer blow to Gifty. It’s PW2 that has destroyed her.

Miss Gifty Oware-Mensah`s trial should be referred or transferred to the High Court in Tamale.
She should be compelled to appear in person at every sitting of the Tamale High Court.
In Accra, herself and lawyers are too comfortable to mount their defenses, but it will be more expensive and uncomfortable and inconvenient for her stealing-self and lawyers.
We must begin to make such high-profile financial cases very expensive to defend to help reduce such national destructive corrupt practices.
