Meet the NPP Disciplinary Committee to sit on petition to remove Ken Agyapong

At a NEC meeting, the New Patriotic Party tasked the disciplinary committee to review the petitions filed against Kennedy Agyapong.

This comes after the former Member of Parliament and Flagbearer aspirant was heard on Radio attacking the party and threatening to expose the party in June 2027.

He also spoke against the party’s blame games regarding the Afari Hospital, which put the party in a bad light.

The committee has been given a strict two-week deadline to submit its final report to the National Council, the party’s second-highest decision-making body.

The committee will initially evaluate the merits of the complaints.

If the petitions hold weight, the panel will officially invite Hon Kennedy Agyapong to appear before it, ensuring he is given a fair hearing before the final report is compiled and submitted to leadership.
