    Why couldn't you advocate for the replacement of absolute meters, simple replacement of prepaid meters as a nation we can't do. We only know the problem but as for solution thing of the past.

    The ECG ignores u even when u complain about a faulty meter.

    There has to be a full overhauling at the ECG.
