Opeele - Shut up. Queiroz has been on the job for less than two months and we can see a distinct difference in team play, player attitudes, and overall team performance. Was Otto Addo not the one who told us we have no right full-back so we should continue with Alidou Seidu when Marvin Senaya was sitting on the bench? Carlos came and just like that, Senaya is gold. Also, Otto was always making very late substitutions (usually after 80th minute) without impact, but Carlos makes makes them fairly earlier. If Otto had the same players, Ghana would have still lost to England by 3-5 nil. The difference between Carlos and Otto is like day and night. Shut up and learn!

We can assess the total performance of the new coach and team achievements after the World Cup is over. At this time, this is an unneeded distraction when our Blackstars Team is fighting for the country on the global stage. We don't need any negativity from failures like Opeele.

Carlos is a good strategist. Without a good defence, a team becomes easy to be scored. That had always been the Blackstars achilles-heel. Carlos is redefining out defending problem whch Otto could not find antidote.
Both coaches are yet to teach the Blackstar players, how to hold or keep the balls and not easily giving the ball away through bad passing in an open play.
On the whole, Carlos is an experienced, joyful and grand-fatherly coach, who can really build the Blackstars into a tough team if he is given a real contract after the world cup.

As much as I want to see my own progress, I won’t act stupid by saying there’s no difference between the two. Carlos is far better tactician and he’s proved that in the match against England. Otto would have gone for free flow game and that would have spelled out our doom in that match. Not that the English were a better team but we have a very weak team at this point in time. Coachito, cheer up
