This generation needs fierce figure to teach some people common sense that they lack . Stringent measures need to be put in place . If I were the president , whoever that will be caught dumping even toffee wrapper on the ground will have to pay a fine of Ghs 2000 minimum and or arrested but not saturate our prisons but there will be special sites confined like prison in every district on farmlands where they will be made to work on national farms supervised by the military who would in turn be monitored on camera . Cuz our military is even corrupt that when they go to galamsey sites for operations they tend to take money and allow them destroy the land . So they themselves will be checked too . With just this I don’t think any right thinking individual would throw refuse from car to the road like we see most villagers do .
