How do you call this a natural disaster, and then talk about structures etc? Just curious.

  • Koo Manu 1 day ago

The destruction by natural disasters like rain floods could be reduced if our drainage systems were not clogged with garbage. Also, some houses and structures are built on low-lying areas which are flood pathways.

  • Koo Manu 1 day ago

    @,koby
The causes were too much rain which were natural and the effects were influenced by inadequate drainage systems. We can call it natural and man-made disaster.
