  I like the efforts you are putting in to bring sanity to the field. But I believe most pricing of rent, depends on the quality of the building, furnishings etc, so you can't determine prices for housing facilities. Why don't ...

But I believe most pricing of rent, depends on the quality of the building, furnishings etc, so you can't determine prices for housing facilities. Why don't you engage stakeholders and through that some outcomes will be made. Unfortunately rent commissioner can't decide prices for house owners. (The issue is I'm selling my tomatoes, it's not a force to buy some and fight me afterwards) if you don't want it just ignore me, because there are a lot of tomatoes in the market.
