The law is to empower poultry farmers to help avoid the huge importation of poultry products with hundreds of millions of dollars! What is this? We the people of Ghana make it very easy for you politicians to govern us. No wonder politicians in Europe and certain parts of the world don't find things easy with their citizens. No voter in Europe will vote for a politician to send his/her children abroad for better education whilst the voter's children accept nonsense and poor education in the country. Only in Ghana and some other countries in Africa!!!

When John Henry Mensah bought the first two sugar refineries for Ghana and it happened that there was no raw material to feed them, according to J.H. Mensah himself Kojo Botsio, another minister of the CPP government took the smaller sugar refinery to Komenda and after few months started producing sugar.
That was when members of the United Party (UP) which John H. Mensah was tricked to join them were going about throwing bombs, killing, maiming children and causing harm to Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

I simply don't understand this. Does the government really want to support poultry farmers to increase production and reduce the huge poultry imports bill? If the government continues to supply everybody with nkoko nkitinkiti, who will buy eggs and poultry from poultry famers? No wonder many poultry framers' businesses are collapsing. I think this government should tread carefully on this initiative.
