  Government is seeking private sector participation to building the facility. Government independently has not muscle to champion that at this time through Ghana Gas alone????

Ghana is looking for someone else to build it so they can tax it, receive free gas from it, pay Ghana to supply training to indigenous people to run it so they can tax their wages. Finally they will no doubt collect the money from the ultimate customer and fail to pay the investor for it. Tullow oil is owed several hundred millions of dollars for gas supplied. This money has been owed for years. Currently Tullow is borrowing money at 17.16 interest to fund the company whilst Ghana sits on money owed for joint venture expenses and gas payments. Meanwhile Ghana still charges Tullow corporation tax as usual and takes oil cargos for joint venture returns despite no paying joint venture expenses. Meanwhile jokers like you are saying lets not even do that lets just privatise it anyway
