He was running away from Rawlings because Papa J saw him as a plain crook after short changing Ghana for his selfish gain. Stop the PR for that man. The Nigerian Govt should even seize that money and investment because it looks like laundered money. Kwashia buluuuuuu. Lessons to the looters. Invest in Ghana and at least let us see the money is here with us.
