In these Spanish-speaking lands, Blacks are something to dispense with, despite their talent pool.

This is why even when they migrate north, they cannot adapt to their new environment, thinking they are white, looking down on Blacks while even the Whites are more likely to treat Blackman better.

It will take more millennia for these South Americans than the Anglos of North America to accept Black.
