He should just go to court and appeal. Period !!!
I’m not a lawyer, but he (appiah kubi) is doing propaganda as if this case was judged in a kangaroo court.

All the flooding we are witnessing in Ghana - a lot of this is also caused by deforestation.

Do remember know how and why one Major Mahama lost his life in Denkyira Obuasi back in 2017? Whose concession was that young military officer guarding? My frustration has to do with the fact that John Mahama administration through his selective justice system chose his arch political nemesis of Chairman Wontumi as a sacrificial lamb to bolster his empty promises of fighting illegal mining whilst his deputies are still said to be neck deep in the canker. That attempt of using his attorney generals to go after his political opponents is a very dangerous precedent. I remember the JB Danquah and Kwame Nkrumah’s story.

Back in 2023- 2024 your so called NDC executives led by Kwaseadu Nketia went globetrotting to and fro Ghanaian illegal mining enclaves pledging illicit miners that they will let them engage in business as usual if they vote for the NDC.

How did those NDC executives perish in the doomed helicopter crash? Where were they headed? Do you know their mission to those communities they were headed? They were going give them the go ahead to start the community mining—but that’s a subset of Galamsey or the same illegal mining we are talking about.

Meanwhile the community mining was something that the NPP introduced as means of responsible mining and reclaiming of the waste lands effectively. That’s after Akuffo-Addo came to power in 2017. Something your criminal NDC vermin lambasted with their full vigor as another illegal mining operation. So what was NDC business in attempts to restore something they spoke against?

Is John Cribo Mahama not the same President who gave the entire NYINAHIN Bauxite concessions to his brother for free of charge? You are probably a stranger in town because anyone who is very abreast with the issues concerning illegal mining in Ghana won’t pen those diatribes you have written there. Do remember know how and why one Major Mahama lost his life in Denkyira Obuasi back in 2017? Whose concession was that young military officer guarding? And do you know that the young man was a relative of John Cribo Mahama and his criminal mining honcho brother? Here, I’m giving you an assignment to do some research on that subject concerning the death of Major Mahama in 2017, and as to whose mining concession he was guarding. You are behaving as if the NDC doesn’t have any hands in the illegal mining activities in Ghana.

My frustration has to do with the fact that John Mahama administration through his selective justice system chose his arch political nemesis of Chairman Wontumi as a sacrificial lamb to bolster his empty promises of fighting illegal mining whilst his deputies are still said to be neck deep in the canker. That attempt of using his attorney generals to go after his political opponents is a very dangerous precedent. I remember the JB Danquah and Kwame Nkrumah’s story.

Maybe you don’t see anything wrong with that, but I know what Ghanaians would be confronted with if the baton of power changes in the near future.

He will have more sentences because Exim bank case is still pending and I think another two more cases. He has done a lot of bad things and karma has served him a cold meal. This is the legacy to Ghana of those who have led the country downhill to this national disaster over so many years. Galamsey was always a problem, but those who introduced excavators and changfans, destroying Ghana on a very large scale, are the ones who have to be held accountable. Those who supervised massive explosion in the issuing of mining licences in the last 10 years.

Between 1988 and 2017, a total of 90 mining licences were issued in Ghana.

Between 2017 and 2024, over 2000 mining licenses were issued in Ghana.

ALL Ghanaians are affected and poisoned. Mercury doesn’t discriminate between NPP and NDC.
