Is it not surprising that Atta Kyeah is never ending the cross examination and bring Adu Boahen's witnesses that will "bring down" the national security? Those he mentioned that should have been interviewed by the investigator should be his most valuable witnesses. Why not bring them up to save the accused? Many will want the so called National Security "brought down" from their alleged crooked ways that Adu Boahen used as well (as we are told). Atta Kyeah should help do that. Failure to do so, Adu Boahen should be sent to the cooler for long years in hard labour.

Is it a case of mode of operation? The state's case is that funds allocated for the NS were diverted into a private account and used to purchase private property. If it is the case that NS uses private accounts to operate, wouldn't all the funds go into operational matters? If the Sate can provide evidence for private use of the allocated money, what does modus operation mean? Did previous coordinators also do same with the funds? Did they buy private assets with the money? Indeed the Dep AG is right about a simple case.
