  Another accident again in the middle of the city.Just yesterday one happened at Bukom junction in Accra.My question is who is suppose to checked these vehicles from time to time to know their status? I understand in the western world, you are suppose to check your vehicle status from time to time accordingly.There is a penalty associated should you fail to do so and the police catches you.But in Ghana what do we see? Indicipline and chaos here and there because there no proper checks and control on our roads leading to lost of innocent lifes everyday.The law enforcement agencies are interested in collecting money from the drivers rather than doing the actual work they have been assigned to do.Untill proper thing is done, innocent lifes will continue to be lost on our roads.
