But when foreigners are given the resources to exploit, they send profits home and Ghana is drained.

GHANA is termed the largest gold producer is Africa but it's South African companies exploiting the majority of it (Goldfields, AngloGold, etc). After making the profits they send it home via the dollar and our currency falls.

Then after sending profits home, their home citizens engage in Zeno/Afrophobia and loot the businesses of Ghanaians.

He is buying aircraft and jetting the president of the country, he has become Robin Hood because the government of the day has become poor and/or irresponsible. He gets contracts which is decided upon at the seat of the government with a flimsy excuse that the president recused himself from that particular decisionmaking meeting.
