  This 24hour Economy will increase the gravity
  of the Scam in the country since the security is
  not so effective, illiteracy is great in Ghana, a
  Greater number of Ghanaians have no knowledge
  of the modernity— Electronic Arts, its divert
  applications. The scam in the country will increase
  in many fold. Twenty- hour Economy is in Ghana
  Many, many Years ago. The Military Service
  runs on three shifts, the Police Service same.
  In the Health Sector runs on three
  National Transportation is also runs by the clock.
  Then what is the twenty-four Economy?
  This slogan is a scam, because it exists already.
  Mr President and his government should bring
  Something new.
