  Mr Commissioner, please tighten the laws on rent so that these greedy and unscrupulous fellows don't continue to exploit tbe masses in the name of running hostel services. We want laws to governn hostel fees across the country. Anyone found violating that law should be surcharged and his facility should be closed down. We are a country where rules and regulations must be respected. The fact that you build a hostel does not give you the licence to just call any fee at your own discretion. Pls, Mr Commissioner ask fact. If the laws at that available, send a bill to parliament.
