The Attorney General started re-examining PW4 on Exhibit 40A. Judge: Mr. Atta Akyea, looking at the face of this letter, what does it say
Atta Akyea then said Me Lord, the face of the letter speaks for itself. But the judge the said, Is this from ISC Holding Group or ISC Limited?
Atta Akyea then said, Me Lord, but there is a stamp at the bottom.
Judge then said, Mr. Atta Akyea, the document is yours, so you need to to the Court what it is and not say the face of the document speaks for itself. Haaaaa busted!

Judge then said, Okay, I have taken notice of it and will know what to do.

This will include assessing the deleted emails, communications, text messages, bank transactions etc of the target (Adu Boahene in this case). Story then changed to purchased letter from a company with similar name as the Israeli company. ( just as Adu did with similar name to Signal official Bank account) . Adu Boahene operation is when official name is Kofi with I, then he will have Kofe with e and use it to dupe you. While recovering loot is commendable, it's prevention should supercede and should be the conversation this moment.

Can we build a system for real time audit of government institutions, agencies, ministries?

For instance, there should be a threshold that if an institution were to appropriate, procure, or do any transactions, the approval has to be obtained first. This will ensure real time prevention of misappropriation/stealing and causing financial loss to the state.

Another food for thought: Can we make EOCO independent enough to do real time investigations into institutions instead of the reactive approach.

Shouldn't EOCO be able to go after government appointees while they're in power? Should we always wait until appointees and governments are out of power before they can be investigated? DO IT WHILE THEY'RE COMMITING THE CRIME.

The current approach looking for past appointees and tracing the loot after they leave office is in most cases, an exercise in futility. Some are clever to eat and dust their mouths, others are expects in covering their traces, the wind of time erases some footprints n so forth.

It's like throwing a bowl of rice in the bush and frantically trying to collect each grain back into the bowl. The country cannot continue like this.

By the way, why are there huge sums of money in state institutions and agencies and at the disposal of unpatriotic self-seeking individuals? Do we have money like that? Do you know...

3. Millions of Ghanaian youth are jobless and poor and don't have any future?
