Mahama's budget for his 60 ministers is 2.7 billion cedis a year, while Nana Addo's was 350million for 120 ministers, but NDC told Ghanaians that Nana was wasting the taxpayer's money so, currently, who is wasting the taxpayer's money?

Also, what is the importance of this Value for Money Office? The same Mahama had created a "Prophetic Office" headed by Afriyie Ankrah which makes sense to the stupid Ghanaian who votes based on FOOD.
