The recruitment was not transparent at all. How was the 10,000 people were selected? Is it by ranking their scores or what or through protocols? Genuine and qualified recruits were rejected and those who came through the back door were rather selected because they don't qualify and must find dubious means to be selected. Did you hear the MPs crying again about the recruitment procedures? Protocol recruitment ends up in fake certificates/results. Those culprits must be jailed not sacked. Next time those protocols must not be entertained. So those who developed the system did not verify certified certificates like the Universities do with WAEC? Oh Ghana why is corruption endemic or is it part of our DNA?
