Nothing. The only Industry blame can not be is medicine. The whole Africa Ghana is number two behind South Africa.
A nation where even tooth pick, scissors, mirror which is painted glass etc. are imported whereas there are engineers with degrees. If the less educated group had come out with something, the best would have been supporting the project with the technical know how not total condemnation.
If that can not be the best quarters to report to is Standard Board to explain matters for proper consultation for the betterment of the ongoing ideology. The system is not good. That is the only one existing what would the people do instead. If we could not provide better, better there is no condemnation please.

In fact, I am currently researching this very issue. My study is comparing locally made and imported corn milling plates, and the preliminary results show that the locally made plates wear faster than the imported ones.

Fufu can be pounded in the mouth. Eating both the cassava/plantains with the soup. Hehehe! There are advantages and disadvantages with machines and even the traditional way of pounding fufu. So what can we do? Personally, I don't like fufu grinding machines. I recommend a Ninja blender or pounding with mortar and pestle.
