In a nation of dumsor, how is electronic traffic tickets system going to be operated?

Excellent idea But we also need more cameras on our roads. In China here everything is captured by cameras. Even as a human being, as soon as your face is captured, your information is available so there's almost zero crime.
Are the ticketing machines going to be handled by the Old MTTU crooks or by a freshly imported French speaking police Officers.
With Ghana police Officers, stop dreaming.
