Didn't Mahama and his loudmouth boys and girls made so much noise that he was not being paid his emoluments in 2017? Then, they came and for almost 2 years now refused to pay people in NADAA's government?

Mahama's emolument as expected president was agreed by the transition government made up of both NPP and NDC reps.
Kow Essuman's was only approved by the NPP which could have been paid before they left office.
