How on earth does one give out his resources just for 10-15% share?
Look, yesterday's African leaders were clueless.Completely.How did such economic arrangements make sense?Kosmos, ENI, Tullow et al all came to Ghana in 2006 to get their share of our oil wealth which was put on a silver platter and offered to them.Then president Agyekum Kuffour saw wisdom in retaining only 15% of Ghana's share in the black gold for the next 25yr.
