The president ought to use his rental housing experience as a young couple to graft new housing policies to ease the burden on Ghanaians. I wonder how Ghanaians can afford to pay several years of rent in advance and afford to feed their families. Take for example in the US, where people are well off than Ghanaians, no landlord will ask for several years of rent in advance. You only pay one month's rent and security deposit to move into a rental property.
