  Another thing is that your premise for asylum is obviously a fraud. The one thing I know about Ghana and Nigeria is that pastors aren't persecuted, if anything they have too much sway in our communities. I don't begrudge you for wanting to stay and work in the US, but c'mon, you could have found a more convincing story to tell to be granted asylum. Well, since you are a pastor, all you have to do is find some abandoned building and start making noise, voila you have a church. Gullible people will troop in to give you money to sustain your livelihood. You might even be sending some to your remaining family in the US.
