Not that we envy him and are complaining unnecessary, you can work and further your studies if you've time but not in Parliament when you're MP & a Minister. Something is not adding up in our education & exams and some Corrupt ones are exploiting. Definitely such behaviour affect performance & delivery. There's good reason why we've the classrooms & lectureroom. Look at the rate at which our MP & Ministers are getting their Masters & PhDs, particularly from the NDC side.
