People don't know what depression can push people to do. When you have a friend or sibling or partner who for no reason recoils into his shell or becomes very quiet fot no apparent reason, those around that person should start paying attention. Depression even makes you lose yourself esteem and pushes to the brink. Modernity has broken down our extended family system which made us each other's keeper. Young people are now moving around carrying a lot of load on their chests and with no one to talk to they start harbouring suicidal thoughts. Our whole mental health system is also nothing to write home about. Such a young bustling life is gone. In his case he was even gainfully employed. May his soul find perfect peace with the lord.

Thank God I have a praying and supportive wife. Christ kept me alive. Purpose, meaning and hope were all gone. The guy's suicide note is very instructive. I understand because I was there. Let's pay attention to depressed people and support them without judging them.

So if the stranger does not lend your their ears or appears friendly or compassionate, it’s a turn off. That’s what he meant by saying when he tried to talk about it, they all thought it was a joke. He could not stand the rejection of reception and many people will coil back. It takes a bold step to acknowledge and open your mouth to pour out what is troubling especially in our society because we mock a lot! Social pressure and all these fraudulent guys makes some hardworking fellas feel like failures.

And some of those salaries companies pay their stuff isn't enough so they have to borrow loans to top it up is very awful. Parents should leave their children alone once they reach maturity age. Some parents want to influence their children lives by telling what work they should do which put these kids in distress and pressure. The fact that you brought them to this world doesn't mean you can influence their choices in life. Parents should allow their kids make their own choices without their interference. They can guide and advice them and not impose their choices on them. Lastly, live between your means. Is not a crime to be poor. You only stress yourself when you act rich when you not

I had to pull him out in addition to letting him see that even the preacher is not perfect in order to save his life.

I am a well to do young guy. I have big farm lands and several building plot. I have two uncompleted buildings that I am working on. One is a four bedroom self contained and the other is a hotel. Recently, I made some hasty decisions by acquiring more lands and as I result I owed some few people. Also I had issues with my bank and people were attempting to encroach on my lands and this situation put me into a lot of stress and anxiety. I nearly sold my properties.
I had to talk to my dear sister whom advised me to relax with the buildings, focus of getting lease on my farm lands and do things gradually at a much slower pace.
I took her advice and trust me, I can say that I happy now.
One thing I want to tell the youth is that, please start gradually and do not endeavour to impress anyone. Majority of these so called influencers and rich people in Ghana, especially the younger ones who come on telly to tell you how they did this and that to get rich are into real dodgy staff and illegal activities. Rather than trying to make it in life in an unrealistic way, have a 5 year or 10 years go plan, read it everyday, commit to it and work toward it.
I wish everyone going through any difficult situations all the best and to let them know that “it shall pass”

My courses well full of calculations. How can someone learn such courses on an empty stomach? I was self-financing the program. It's not easy to make it in life. By the Grace of God, am now employed and am earning quite well, and opening some businesses. I was also addicted to certain things but I came out successfully through prayers and discipline. To achieve good results in life, you must be prayerful, patience, discipline and persevere.
