This is what Sammy Gyamfi did to Afenyo Markin. Sammy called him an extortionist on TV daring him to send him to court. Afenyo indeed took the challenge and went to court but the court sees the writ as "incurably defective" and accordingly dismissed it. If Afenyo has honour, he's obliged to correct his writ and go back to court to deal with Sammy Gyamfi and that is what Ross Owusu is saying.

Sammy Gyamfi is said to be a lawyer why should he fail to expose an evil deed if he wants to prove his integrity.
4. Why should he earlier attempted to dodge the writ when served. 5. Is the lawyer opposing Afenyo not aware NDC as a party is not willing to allow its members to stand trial, as all those before trial were released immediately after taking office. And even one judged guilty by a competent court of jurisdiction forced down be a foreign country never stayed for a week in prisons. 6. Is the opposing lawyer not aware of NPP’s concern of selected justice. 7. Is the lawyer not aware that after Ex. CJ Araba’s removal judges and justices are conscious of their positions to touch NDC figures? 8. Sammy Gyamfi was at the Public Accounts Committee, did the opposing lawyer see the exact answers given by Sammy Gyamfi, and how is the lawyer’s reaction.? 9. One more then 18 years anybody indulging with the matters of that being apart from a hired lawyer only becomes a third person. The case here is different Opposition Leader of a Party. What prevents the opposing lawyer to defend his own party had he been faithful? 10. What powers has this lawyer to take to the matters of the Chairman in an attempt to tarnish reputation? 11. Afenyo took the Position on a collective proportions. Why should the lawyer on unilateral opinion suggest own proposition direct to the Opposition Leader? 12. Is the lawyer aware Afenyo is as competent as he is to know better. And instead of coming public it would have been better to discuss with the Part Executives.
