Good policy but poor implementation
Just a money making scheme
No road signs and markings around country
Poor road networks
Instruments need to be calibrated daily Does it take place
Good policy but much work needed
When will this indiscipline and stop? Why, is it the GPRTU and those unions are stronger than the state? Why would they push back every policy. They opposed towing, opposed tyres, opposed seatbelt amd now speed? Their current ...

Go and look at Rawlings Park to Tudu, Makola Law school area to Tema Station. Nobody cares and this has gone on for decades and the traders and hawkers have become untouchable. The drivers are right!
The drivers shouldn't worry. Lack of maintenance alone will collapse the policy in less than a few years. The drivers unions should also organize educational programs on road signs. How can a commercial driver see a road sign ...

Why do we prefer to live with lawlessness? We have rules and law but we don’t want them applied or obeyed for a peaceful and orderly society. How can we progress in chaos, noise or filth?
When tiny number of officials give themselves large size national cakes and leave small chunk for the 99%, what do you see?
The people become desperate and lawless and care less about rules
You're SO right...no accountability....

How useful has been the GPRTU to our development since the 80s when they were weaponised by PNDC? This single block has been the main hindrance to all attempts at modernisation of our transport sector.

They can go to hell with their strike. Lawless idiots. Every country is evolving. The reckless way they drive should not continue.
They are making a good point here but I do not agree with the drivers to withdraw their services.

Who will control all that money?
Accidents kill more than any disease in Ghana if I'm not mistaken. I respectfully think the focus shouldn't be on the revenue generation aspect but the health and safety aspect.
Ghana Water, residents of nana krom need water
Useless careless and lawless drivers. You go to hell with your sub human driving mentality. Ghana police please do not fall for their tricks
I support the commercial drivers infact every driver must go on strike...in solidarity....bad poor roads nonsense penalties...is that what happens in the West....don't copy blindly
I will also encourage them to declare a nationwide strike over the very, very deplorable state of our roads.
The transport system should NOT be in the hands of private individuals.
It's funny how we think and behave in this country. Oh!!! what a country !!!
Lawless! This country and cabalism! But we want the country to develop
Our leaders are just useless, brainless, and so corrupt to the point that good initiatives are always not well implemented.
In fact ghanaians are witches and wizards.. nothing good stays in this country.. politics and evil minded citizens will thwart anything good.
How can you declare a strike against the law? We have condoned so much lawlessness, that illegality, now has rights in this country. The timing of its implementation might not be perfect, because of absence of adequate signa ...
